BlackStone eIT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closure. You will work closely with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset to navigate the competitive landscape of the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the technology or software industry
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
