Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts using Tally ERP
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Manage purchase, sales, job work, and expense entries
• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments & petty cash
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans & project-wise expense reports
• Handle asset records, machine component purchase bills & stock reports
• Support audits and documentation

Field tasks: Bank visits, auditor coordination, supplier follow-ups, and client meetings

Maintain accuracy in all financial documents related to machine construction projects
