Senior Accountant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Team at Homesfy Realty Limited. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting, budgeting, expense tracking, and handling both direct and indirect taxation. The role also includes leading a small team of two finance executives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end accounting processes, monthly closures, and reconciliations.

· Develop and monitor budgeting frameworks across business functions.

· Oversee expense management, ensure compliance with internal controls and approval flows.

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect taxes (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).

· Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory authorities for financial and tax-related matters.

· Supervise and guide two finance executives, ensuring timely deliverables and process efficiency.

Requirements:

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting techniques, and taxation laws

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in Excel and familiarity with accounting software/ERPs

· Ability to manage a small team and drive results

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
