Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supports compliance with statutory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Review and ensure accurate GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and fund management.
- Support audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with internal/external auditors.
- Verify and approve expense claims, invoices, and payment processes.
- Maintain asset registers and oversee depreciation calculations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Guide junior accounting staff and provide necessary training when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience; senior-level experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling audits and financial reporting independently.
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
