Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Accountant with 7–10 years of experience, preferably in the Textile industry, to handle Balance Sheet accounting, statutory compliance, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate must be familiar with textile-specific costing, inventory processes, and vendor accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Balance Sheets and conduct monthly reconciliations.
• Manage General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
• Handle PT, TDS, GST calculations, payments, and monthly return filing.
• Oversee textile industry accounting, including yarn/fabric inventory, job-work accounting, and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports with cost and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and store departments for accurate financial entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5+ years in the Textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of PT, TDS, GST, monthly returns, and Balance Sheet finalization.
• Experience with inventory-heavy environments and costing processes.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software (SAP/Tally/ERP).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
