Senior Accountant

Industry: Parcel Delivery, Shipping & logistics

Job Location: New Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; oversee invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Handle monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Support external audits and coordinate with tax advisors for filings.
• Monitor and control company expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Odoo ERP experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local tax regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
