Senior Accountant

CBRE GWS KSA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Support in sending account P/L to various account teams
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
• Prepare WHT and VAT returns
• Payroll processing
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist with statutory audits and tax returns
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • SOCPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a real estate or property management environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
