Roles & Responsibilities

Female Senior Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Understanding company’s business revenue module.

Ø Maintaining records of company revenue & Expenditures.

Ø Company budget planning based on cash inflow.

Ø Expenditure planning based on cash on inflow.

Ø Statutory maintenance & filing (GST,TDS,BRS,PT,PF & ESI), etc on time.

Ø Regular monetarization of office loan payments card payments, etc.

Ø Maintenance of company current a/c’s & OD a/c’s.

Ø Credit control.

Ø Zoho books maintenance & features exploring on timely basis.

Ø New learning in accounting process & tools periodically.

Ø Regular maintenance of BRS, ledger’s of customer’s vendors, P&L Journal, pettycash, expenses accounting in zoho books.

Ø ITR filing on time.

Ø Regular co-ordination with Auditor team with respect to TDS,GST,ITR & other statutory and accounting related alternatives.

Ø Maintaining their daily work task and update in zoho projects.

Ø Ensuring the automation process is zoho books like outstanding email notifications reminders, payments,etc.

Followup and collection process of payment and outstanding via email.
