Senior Accounts Executive

• · Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores across various e-commerce platforms.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.

· Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve product rankings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1 MG, Myntra, Snap Deal etc. and others.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.

· Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers across platforms to drive sales and enhance customer acquisition.

· Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints across platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
