- MAINTAIN BANK ACCOUNTS BY REQUESTING DISBURSEMENTS
- MAINTAINS AND BALANCES SUBSIDIARY ACCOUNTS BY VERIFYING, ALLOCATING, POSTING, AND RECONCILING TRANSACTIONS AND RESOLVING DISCREPANCIES.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR GENERAL LEDGER RELATED TO CWH
- MAINTAINS GENERAL LEDGER BY TRANSFERRING SUBSIDIARY ACCOUNTS, PREPARING STATEMENTS, AND RECONCILING ENTRIES.
- REVIEW BANK STATEMENTS
- RESEARCH AND RECONCILE ALL DISCREPANCIES
- INVOICING, EWAY BILL PREPARATION, E INVOICE PREPARATION ETC
- COMPLETES EXTERNAL AUDIT BY ANALYZING AND SCHEDULING GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION FOR AUDITORS.
- SECURES FINANCIAL INFORMATION BY COMPLETING DATABASE BACKUPS.
- PROTECTS ORGANIZATION’S VALUE BY KEEPING INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL.
- PURCHASE INVOICE POSTING
- TAKING PURCHASE RECEIPT IN NAV
- PETTY CASH PAYMENT VERIFICATION & CHECKING
- AUDITING AND VERIFYING DOCUMENTS
