Job Role: A&F Sr. Manager

Location: Nagpur

Schedule: Full Time

Job Summary: The Accounting & Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing a team of accounting professionals. He/she should have excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.

Reports to: Relationship Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with regular, clear, and insightful financial information.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team of accountants and financial professionals.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any performance issues.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights into financial trends, costs, and revenues.
  • Recommend actions for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
  • Streamline financial processes and workflows to optimize productivity.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that client accounts comply with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and resolve accounting and financial issues that may arise in client accounts.
  • Provide timely solutions to address client concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and client management roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including accounting software and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
