Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications, focusing on Computer Vision, NLP, and deep learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for Computer Vision and NLP applications.
• Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Implement image classification, object detection, and segmentation models.
• Develop NLP solutions like text classification, NER, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (BERT, GPT, ViT, YOLO, DETR) for specific tasks.
• Deploy AI models using REST APIs, Flask, FastAPI, or TensorFlow Serving.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable solutions.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques.
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, and Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in edge AI or real-time AI applications.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,058.13 - ₹55,605.04 per month
