Senior Analyst – Data & AI Governance

Job Purpose

Analyze AI & data in the field of governance, prepare reports & recommendations , and support the activation of data governance and AI initiatives . Ensure compliance tracking , data quality audits , and ethical AI assessments , contributing to RTA’s data maturity and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis & build visualizations to support governance decisions.
• Document AI/data use cases with business impact & risk assessment.
• Support data quality audits , compliance reviews , and AI ethics evaluations .
• Prepare compliance reports , KPIs , and dashboards .
• Use tools such as Collibra , Informatica , Power BI , SQL/Python .
• Coordinate with stakeholders for data-sharing compliance and Dubai Data Law alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer/Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, governance, or compliance .
• Certifications (CDMP, TOGAF, CIPP/E, ISO 27001, Ethical AI) are an advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks , metadata management , data quality profiling , and AI model assessment .
• Proficiency in SQL/Python and governance tools.
• Excellent analytical , communication , and reporting skills.
