We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO & AI Optimization Specialist with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to support the execution of our SEO and GEO initiatives across global client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, competitive analysis, and reporting, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of data-backed SEO activities, support ongoing optimization programs, and help enhance organic visibility, site health, and content performance across diverse digital ecosystems.

Implement on-page SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices including metadata optimization, header structuring, content hierarchy, and internal linking

Conduct keyword research and mapping to support content planning and ongoing optimization

Perform in-depth competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities, keyword gaps, content strategies, and SERP patterns

Conduct comprehensive website audits and provide recommendations on opportunities

Coordinate with developers to ensure technical recommendations are understood, prioritized, and implemented correctly

Validate SEO requirements during website updates, new feature releases, and CMS changes

Track and analyze organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and other enterprise tools

Prepare structured, actionable reports highlighting insights, trends, issues, and optimization opportunities

Support link-building initiatives, track backlink profiles, and help maintain link quality

Identify opportunities for brand mentions and content outreach

Work closely with content, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO tasks

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders

Stay updated on algorithm changes, SERP updates, internet marketing industry trends, and evolving SEO practices

Experiment with new optimization methods, tools, and techniques to enhance organic performance

3 - 6 years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page activities

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, ranking factors, and organic search behavior

Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Strapi, or similar

Proficiency in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) concepts
