Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect (10+ years of experience) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and deliver architectural design projects.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Oversee site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience (with proven senior-level leadership).
• Strong background in coordination between different trades/disciplines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
