Drafting and Design:

  • Assist in creating architectural designs, plans, and drawings for various projects using CAD software and other design tools.
  • Develop detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Support Lead architects in conceptualizing and visualizing design ideas.
  • Drive the full scope of technical production.


Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
  • Review all building documents during Quality Assurance process with a focus on accurate and realistic details.
  • Plans, organizes, and performs the work throughout the life of the project to successfully deliver the project to the client.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance.
  • Analyses site conditions, existing structures, and other factors that may impact the design and development process.
  • Ensuring that new technology is properly implemented in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead and coach junior architectural staff.

External Building Envelop Studies:

  • Use rendering software to produce visualizations and presentations of architectural projects.
  • Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts.

Site Visits and Inspections:

  • Assist in conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to design specifications, and address any issues that arise.
  • Participates in project coordination and owner/site meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor
  • Providing technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer networks
    Document site conditions and report findings to the project team.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain project files, including drawings, correspondence, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.

Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
