Senior Architect

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural design, technical drawings, project coordination, and site-related communication. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects from design development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and presentations in alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, working drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related queries.
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project managers during execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and documentation as required.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, and provide design solutions.
• Support senior architects in project planning and delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on architectural experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and construction documents.
• Good understanding of materials, building systems, and site execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Creative design thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
