Senior Architect

Leading construction company looking for a Senior Architect in Hosur location!

Department: Residential & Commercial

Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch

Experience: 3+ years of exp in architectural design.

Salary: Up to INR 45,000/Month + Attractive Perks

Skills Required:

- Strong design and drafting skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3DS max or relevant software)

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Draft and design floor plans and architectural drawings in accordance with residential and commercial industry standards.

2. Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings with precision.

3. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site engineers to ensure design intent is met during execution.

4. Review, refine, and update drawings based on client requirements and project needs.

5. Ensure timely delivery of all drawings and documentation.

6. Oversee design quality, compliance, and technical accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
