1. Design & Concept Development
- Lead the creation of design concepts, sketches, and architectural presentations.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Ensure designs are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically aligned with project goals.
2. Project Management
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape teams.
- Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
3. Technical Documentation
- Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
- Verify compliance with building codes, zoning laws, standards, and regulations.
- Resolve design-related technical issues during construction.
4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
- Provide technical guidance and design solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders.
5. Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure implementation matches approved designs.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve construction challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
6. Team Leadership
- Mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and interns.
- Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback.
- Support resource planning and team scheduling.
Qualifications Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Architecture / Urban Design / Sustainable Design – preferred.
Professional Certifications
- Professional license/registration as an Architect (where applicable).
- Certifications in project management (PMP), BIM/Revit, or sustainability (LEED) are an advantage.
Experience
- 7–15 years of progressive architectural experience.
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects (commercial, residential, institutional, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical expertise.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience working with BIM workflows and coordination models.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Additional Requirements

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
