Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Associate/ Lead -Client Relationship (MSME Financing-Shariah-Compliant | Fintech) to drive acquisition, engagement, and growth of MSME clients seeking Shariah-compliant digital financial solutions. You will play a critical role in building strong client relationships, guiding businesses from informal to structured financing, supporting credit assessments, and ensuring portfolio health—all while aligning with Islamic finance principles.

Role Highlights & Key Responsibilities

● Engage directly with MSMEs, micro-entrepreneurs, and small business owners to understand their financing needs and business models.

● Help customers transition from personal to structured, Shariah-compliant business financing solutions.

● Identify, source, and onboard businesses requiring working capital or trade finance through digital, ethical, and inclusive financial products.

● Utilize data science-driven insights and digital tools to assess creditworthiness and make smarter, faster lending decisions.

● Prepare and support credit assessments, ensuring detailed and accurate financial and business analysis.

● Collaborate with internal teams—Shariah, credit, compliance, and operations—to drive timely approvals and seamless documentation.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement, utilization, and revenue targets while ensuring portfolio profitability (P&L responsibility).

● Monitor the performance of the financing portfolio, proactively managing collections, repayments, and delinquency.

● Build and nurture partnerships with B2B marketplaces, suppliers, aggregators, and digital ecosystems to scale client acquisition.

● Ensure full compliance with Shariah principles, SECP regulations, KYC, AML/CFT protocols, and internal governance and risk standards.

● Champion responsible, ethical, and Shariah-aligned financial inclusion for underserved small businesses.

Job Specification

● 3–6 years of experience in SME/MSME relationship management, lending, or fintech—preferably in Islamic banking.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Islamic Banking.

● Strong in relationship management, credit analysis, and financial assessment.

● Comfortable with CRM tools, digital onboarding, and data-driven decision-making.

● Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

● Passionate about financial inclusion, ethical finance, and empowering small businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Business Development / Client Relationship SME: 3 years (Required)
