The post holder is required to liaise with a wide range of administrative and support staff, including:
Internal:
• Commercial team
• Facility Management
• Modon Sports
• Marketing and Communications
• Safety Officers
External:
• Local Authorities
• NGBs for all delivered sports and Partners
• Schools and associated agencies
• Delivery Partners
• Workforce, Volunteers, and Sports event functional area representatives
Program and Event Management
•Design and manage diverse sports and events programs for various audiences
• Plan and deliver corporate bookings, public events, and sports activations
• Promote 321Sports through internal and Modon-wide events and campaigns
• Work closely and collaborate with the wider Modon Sports team for aligned delivery
Team Leadership
• Manage sports coaches, events team, part-time and casual event-related staff, and coaches
• Ensure effective inductions, training, and performance evaluations
• Support staff development through training plans and matrix documentation
• Lead recruitment efforts for sports and events-related teams
Stakeholder Engagement
• Develop professional relationships with local federations, schools, sponsors, promoters, and corporates
• Liaise with partners, NGBs, and external vendors for program enhancements
• Foster partnerships across Modon facilities and external networks
Marketing and Promotion
• Contribute to marketing strategies for events and programs
• Ensure excellent communication and support to corporate clients and hirers
• Support Modon’s brand presence through high-quality activations and experiences
• Liaise with employees of Modon Sports and other bodies on matters concerning 321Sports
