Who We Are Looking For;
We are currently seeking a 'Senior Attorney' to join our Legal Department at our İstanbul Head Office. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded legal professional with deep knowledge of construction law and extensive experience in EPC/FIDIC-based contracts, who thrives in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.
Required Qualifications:

LLB degree from a reputable university; LL.M is a plus,

Admission to the bar in Türkiye,

Minimum 5-9 years of post-qualification experience in top-tier international law firms or multinational in-house legal departments, Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; ; additional languages, especially French, Arabic, Portuguese and/or German are a plus,

Deep understanding of Turkish commercial, contract, and construction law; exposure to international law and cross-border transactions is a strong advantage,

Strong knowledge of the Turkish laws and regulations and judicial system, knowledge of the international practices shall be treated is a plus,

Solid experience in FIDIC, EPC, procurement, supply and other related construction contracts,

Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues, negotiate effectively, and deliver practical solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal and commercial contracts including EPC, FIDIC, JV, SPA, SHA supply, sales, service, and equipment lease agreements, etc.,

Advise project teams on claims, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies, Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies,

Lead and manage relationships with external legal counsel and advisors,
-
Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters; prepare periodic reports to senior management,

Proactively identify legal risks and deliver solution-oriented advice to project and business units,
-
Provide timely legal support across departments, including corporate, regulatory, and employment-related matters,
-
Handle legal correspondence and facilitate negotiations or settlements with third parties where necessary.
