Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Auditor with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The Senior Auditor will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, conducting internal audits, and providing valuable insights to improve business operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of auditing principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and complete financial audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, internal controls, and accounting records for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify potential risks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
• Lead audit teams and assist in mentoring junior auditors.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings, issues, and recommendations to management.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and offer valuable audit insights.
• Assist with the development of audit plans and strategies based on client needs and business goals.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and accounting principles.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
