Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software, collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD based on rough sketches, redlines, and verbal instructions.
• Create detailed technical drawings for construction, architectural, or MEP projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings as per feedback and site conditions.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with local authority standards and UAE regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing archives.
• Coordinate with site teams and consultants to verify dimensions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawing packages for submissions and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of drafting experience in the UAE or GCC preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority submission requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
