Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Senior Azure Cloud Native Developer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of architecting, designing, and delivering highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

This role requires deep expertise in the .NET Core ecosystem, Web API development, Microservices architecture, and a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and driving the adoption of cloud-native best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud-Native Architecture & Development

• Architect and Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud-native applications using Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Serverless offerings.
• Core Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using .NET Core (C#), Web API, and implement RESTful Microservices.
• Azure Integration: Hands-on development and implementation utilizing Azure Serverless technologies, including Azure Function Apps and Azure Logic Apps, for event-driven computing and workflow automation.
• Messaging & Integration: Implement reliable messaging and integration patterns using Azure Service Bus (Queues, Topics/Subscriptions) and Azure Event Hubs/Grid.

2. DevOps, Security, and Quality

• DevOps & CI/CD: Take ownership of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos) to ensure automated, efficient, and frequent releases.
• Performance & Scalability: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application code and Azure resource consumption, and ensure solutions are designed for horizontal scalability.
• Security: Ensure solutions adhere to stringent security best practices, including implementing Azure Key Vault for secret management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and secure API design.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights to ensure high availability, performance, and cost optimization.

3. Leadership & Collaboration

• Technical Leadership: Act as a technical mentor for mid and junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing coding standards, design patterns, and cloud-native best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Frontend Support: Work with frontend developers, providing API support and potentially contributing to cross-platform mobile application development leveraging React Native.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience10–12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (PaaS, Serverless, Storage, Networking, Security).
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#), ASP.NET Core Web API, and designing/implementing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure App Service, and Azure
• Strong working knowledge of both SQL (e.g., Azure SQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL database systems (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB).DevOpsStrong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) for source control and CI/CD.
• Strong experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile application development (or substantial experience with React and a proven ability to adapt to React Native).

Certification (Preferred)

Active Azure Certification, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
