Senior Backend Developer (Node+ Python)

We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer (React/Node/Python) to join our team and help build world-class product experiences for our interactive web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features for interactive web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend designers, ML engineers, and product managers.

Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and improvements to existing systems.

Build and maintain microservices and APIs.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure product reliability through end-to-end and automated testing frameworks.

Deploy and manage applications using AWS and containerized environments.

(Optional) Explore opportunities to integrate Generative AI/LLM capabilities into products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience building high-quality, production-level web applications.

Proficiency in a couple of the following:

Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, CSS, D3

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.

Experience with GraphQL or Apollo Server.

Experience working with AWS services.

Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preferred).

Strong knowledge of system design and architecture.

Experience with microservice architecture and API design.

Experience building and maintaining automated and end-to-end tests.

Experience with Generative AI / LLMs is a plus (not required).

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
