Understand business requirements within the BI context and translate them into scalable data models and data marts that convert raw data into meaningful insights.
Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI and Metabase.
Identify and define KPIs with clear objectives, and consistently monitor their performance.
Analyze large datasets and present findings through accurate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications, estimate timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
Develop and optimize Power BI/Metabase scripts, ensuring efficient and detailed analytical outputs.
Write and maintain complex DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
Create charts, visualizations, and documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and data relationships.
Participate in Oracle Data Warehouse development and enhancement activities.
Execute advanced SQL querying to deliver high-quality analytical results.
Build dynamic filters, graphs, and visuals to improve data interpretation and usability.
Analyze existing ETL processes and contribute to defining and designing new systems for improved performance.
Perform technical enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing BI systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Fintech, e-payment systems, and business functions.

Proven experience working with Linux and Windows Server operating systems.

Hands-on experience with Oracle, MySQL, and MS-SQL database environments.

Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and analytics.

Solid understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.

Proven experience using ETL tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, Impala, Hive, and Doris.

Ability to work within ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Strong understanding of ODS, DDS, and data marts structures.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
