- Business Development & Sales:
- Achieve branch sales targets for products like gold loans, personal loans, or SME loans.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and cross-selling of additional NBFC products.
- Develop local marketing strategies and build relationships with customers, dealers, and community stakeholders.
- Branch Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee daily branch functioning, including cash management and loan disbursement.
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Manage risk effectively and monitor branch profitability.
- Team Leadership & People Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff, including loan officers and customer service representatives.
- Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.
- Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Ensure high standards of customer service and effective grievance redressal.
- Handle escalated customer issues to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the branch budget and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure the branch aligns with overall company goals.
- Collections & Portfolio Management:
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with credit and recovery teams to reduce Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
