  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Achieve branch sales targets for products like gold loans, personal loans, or SME loans.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and cross-selling of additional NBFC products.
  • Develop local marketing strategies and build relationships with customers, dealers, and community stakeholders.
  • Branch Operations & Compliance:
  • Oversee daily branch functioning, including cash management and loan disbursement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Manage risk effectively and monitor branch profitability.
  • Team Leadership & People Management:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff, including loan officers and customer service representatives.
  • Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and effective grievance redressal.
  • Handle escalated customer issues to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the branch budget and financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance to ensure the branch aligns with overall company goals.
  • Collections & Portfolio Management:
  • Monitor loan portfolio quality and overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with credit and recovery teams to reduce Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
