Capital Dental Clinic is a leading luxury dental group in Egypt and the Middle East, renowned for cutting-edge Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Implants . With premier facilities in Cairo (Nasr City, New Cairo, and Sheikh Zayed ) and an exciting, high-stakes expansion into Dubai on the horizon, we are searching for a highly strategic and dynamic Senior Brand Manager .

This is a critical, full-time role based in Cairo. You will be the central Brand Orchestrator , responsible for defining and executing a marketing evolution that establishes us as the undisputed luxury benchmark across the region.

The Core Mandate: Architecting a Seamless Luxury Brand Experience

The Senior Brand Manager is the guardian of the brand's identity and the dynamic leader of its growth . Your mission is split into three high-impact, interconnected pillars:

1. Strategic Vision & Commercial Leadership

You are the primary strategic voice in the room, seamlessly integrating business goals with innovative marketing action. You will develop and own the overarching brand and market-entry strategy for our established Cairo presence and the ambitious launch in Dubai. You will partner directly with Dr. Ahmed AlKaffas to strategize and execute his powerful personal brand positioning , ensuring he is recognized as the definitive regional authority in luxury cosmetic dentistry. Furthermore, you will drive strategic discussions with management on goals, resource allocation (budget, internal teams, outsourcing needs), and operational plans to ensure marketing efforts deliver maximum commercial value.

2. Dynamic Resource Orchestration & Execution

You are a fluid leader who maximizes the potential of every available creative and tactical resource, ensuring a cohesive output regardless of the source. You will act as the strategic director for a flexible network of contributors, including managing internal creative staff, directing ongoing agency partnerships (media buying, PR), and engaging specialized, campaign-based external talent from your professional network (e.g., content creators for trending platforms). You will provide confident, clear direction across all content channels, guaranteeing that every piece of communication maintains our luxurious aesthetic and strict professional standards. As our internal trend scout, you will constantly seek and adapt new platforms and content styles to keep the brand relevant and engaging, while always connecting it to our professional medical setting.

3. High-Impact Brand Elevation & Protection

Your focus is on securing long-term brand equity, managing public perception, and driving consistent, high-value patient engagement. You will localize and execute high-impact Public Relations campaigns, identifying strategic media opportunities and securing high-value luxury brand and influencer collaborations across both Egypt and the UAE. As the Consistency Champion, you will ensure an uncompromisingly luxurious experience across every single channel, guaranteeing that our messaging, visual identity, and tone are cohesive throughout the entire patient journey. Finally, you will monitor campaign performance, brand health metrics, and conversion funnels to present rigorous, data-driven insights to management, ensuring our brand investments are driving long-term loyalty and patient growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of Brand or Senior Marketing Management experience, with a proven track record in the luxury, high-end services, or premium medical/aesthetic sector.
• Mandatory experience developing and executing multi-market brand strategies , with direct, nuanced understanding of the Egyptian and/or UAE consumer landscape.
• A strategic, proactive mindset paired with exceptional project management and critical thinking skills—you must be an active, initiative leader.

Core Competencies

• Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
• Resourceful & Flexible: Proven ability to build, lead, and direct fluid teams composed of internal staff, external agencies, and campaign-specific freelancers.
• Digital Authority: Deeply understands performance marketing, platform dynamics, and the use of data analytics to inform strategy.
