About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand planning, brand identity development, and multi-channel brand communication for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving brand growth, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and overseeing the execution of impactful digital campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Development
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, target audience personas, and brand architecture.
- Conduct brand audits, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, offering insights, recommendations, and long-term brand roadmaps.
- Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate strategic vision, campaign plans, and performance outcomes.
- Present brand proposals, campaign ideas, and performance decks to senior stakeholders.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, performance channels, content, and influencer collaborations.
- Work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor junior brand managers, strategists, and account managers.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and media planners to deliver high-quality brand outputs.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining brand excellence.
Brand Governance
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, key messaging documents, and communication frameworks.
- Evaluate brand performance metrics and prepare detailed analytics-driven reports for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and brand building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data and converting it into actionable strategies.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
