What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand Manager-Brand Portfolio Management who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.
- Manage brand portfolio strategy and architecture; defining and maintaining a brand hierarchy with strategic differentiation among portfolio brands and a clustering model to optimise synergies and avoid overlap.
- Develop long-term portfolio strategies that balance scale and profitability across different segments.
- Ensure clear brand roles and positioning within clusters to maintain differentiation and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for new brand introductions, portfolio unification, and optimisation initiatives.
- Leverage shared assets, communication platforms, and digital systems to reduce complexity and cost.
- Track and report KPIs related to brand performance, including equity, market share, profitability, and operational savings.
- Create global brand portfolio playbooks and guidelines for markets.
- Conduct competitive analysis to shape strategy and positioning.
- Provide input for global brand and communication strategy, including brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Product Management, R&D, and Product Design teams.
- Coordinate global and local teams to translate portfolio strategies into actionable country-level plans.
The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Min 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Expertise in brand positioning, pricing, brand management and communication strategy.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical ability.
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and markets.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
