Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our software house. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development within the IT/software industry and strong expertise in generating leads and closing deals across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, Upwork, B2B, Fiverr, freelancer portals, email campaigns, and networking

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams

· Prepare and send proposals, presentations, and quotations

· Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a BD Executive in a software house

· Proven experience in lead generation on all platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, B2B, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Understanding of software services (Web, App, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)

· Self-motivated, target-oriented & result-driven
