Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a "Senior Business Analyst" for a leading airline company that we provide consultancy services to.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating product roadmaps in line with product strategy and vision,
• Analyzing business requirements, defining user stories and business rules,
• Conducting requirement gathering and alignment sessions with relevant stakeholders (business units, technical teams, product management, etc.),
• Actively participating in testing processes (UAT, regression, etc.) related to application changes,
• Preparing and maintaining documentation regarding processes, requirements, and changes,
• Supporting data-driven decision-making processes and monitoring/reporting key performance indicators (KPIs),
• Taking an active role in Agile (Scrum) development processes together with product development and DevOps teams,

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management and Business Analysis,
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience working within these environments,
• Experience in requirement analysis, process improvement, test planning, and user acceptance testing,
• Practical experience in product strategy and roadmap planning,
• Ability to make data-driven decisions by monitoring KPIs,
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence,
• Professional/Fluent level of English,
• Experience working in multiple company cultures with the ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-uncertainty environments,
