Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Preferably with proficiency in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or similar).
• Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: AI/ML model development, LLM-based applications, business process analysis & automation, or API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving mindset.
• Good command of English.
• Interest in the aviation industry is a plus.

In this role you will

• Actively contribute to the full lifecycle of AI and RPA projects, from ideation to production.
• Conduct use-case analysis, process discovery, and identify automation opportunities.
• Support the development of agentic AI models, workflow automation solutions, and RPA bots.
• Define data requirements and coordinate integrations with relevant systems.
• Assist in monitoring model performance, tracking process outcomes, and reporting automation KPIs.
• Work closely with business units to deploy solutions end-to-end.
• Manage the vendor ecosystem; coordinate SLAs, quality, risk, and delivery processes with external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and ethical frameworks (SHGM, EASA, KVKK, GDPR) in all AI & automation initiatives.
• Develop innovative digital solutions that enhance employee experience.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable automation solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate new trends, and integrate them into the company’s strategic roadmap.
