Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, target, and approach potential new clients in relevant industries.

Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.

Present and promote the company's engineering solutions to prospective clients.

Understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.

Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand presence.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Provide market feedback to help shape product/service offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an engineering, Construction, or technical environment.

Proven track record of successful new client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
Preferred:

Experience selling to Construction.

Technical background or understanding of engineering solutions/products.
