Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for Electrification Market in Europe to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue across European countries through partnering with global technology providers based on license or JV Agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the electrical sector across Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to propose innovative solutions that meet specific client and market requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support potential mergers and acquisitions (M&As) to strengthen the company's portfolio and market position in Europe.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at European industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic alliances.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, gather market feedback, and adjust business development strategies proactively to maximize growth potential.
  • Study market trends, performance indicators, and competitor activities to proactively adjust business development plans.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Electrification Field - Preferably with Business Development background in the same Industry
  • Presentation Skills, Power Point Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Strong Technical & Commercial Knowledge
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
