Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Kalyan, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3+ years (Preferably in Education / Training / Sales)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Kalyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities in the region.
- Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads to admissions/sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, presentations, and closures.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on sales performance, pipelines, and conversions.
- Represent the institute at events, seminars, and outreach programs when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
- Good understanding of the education/training industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
