Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Kalyan, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3+ years (Preferably in Education / Training / Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Kalyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities in the region.
  • Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads to admissions/sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, presentations, and closures.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on sales performance, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Represent the institute at events, seminars, and outreach programs when required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the education/training industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must be self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
