Senior Business Development Executive (US Night Shift)

We are looking for 2 Senior Sales Hunters to join our Headquarters. If you are tired of BPOs closing down or capping your growth, join a stable, direct-hire corporate environment.

THE FINANCIALS (Transparent Structure):

• Fixed Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – PKR 60,000 (Guaranteed).
• Commissions: 100% UNCAPPED.
• Average Earner: PKR 90,000+.
• Top Performer: PKR 150,000 – 180,000+.
• Perks: Daily Cash Spiffs, Attendance Allowance, Fuel/Transport Ease.

⚔THE MISSION:

• Hunt: Execute outbound B2B strategies to target US decision-makers.
• Pitch: Use consultative selling (not script reading) to negotiate high-value deals.
• Close: Manage the full cycle from "Hello" to "Credit Card on File."
• Tech: Manage your pipeline efficiently using HubSpot and Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 1.5+ Years in International Outbound Sales (Cold Calling / Closing is mandatory).
• Accent: Native/Neutral English is non-negotiable.
• Mindset: You are a "Hunter" who thrives on targets, not a "Support" agent.
• Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
