Job Title: Business Development Manager (Cloud & IT Services)
About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in our Cloud & IT Services business. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end sales cycles—independently generating leads, meeting prospects, and closing deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking full ownership of revenue targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

· • Work independently to identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through cold outreach, networking, events, referrals, and digital channels

· • Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions (virtual and in-person)

· • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and contract signing

· • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

· • Position the company as a trusted Cloud & IT solutions provider

· • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to build winning proposals

· • Track and manage sales pipeline, targets, and forecasts in CRM

· • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

· • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Must-Have Skills

· • 5–10 years of proven experience in IT sales, cloud services, SaaS, or managed services

· • Strong ability to generate leads independently without constant supervision

· • Hands-on experience with client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals

· • Understanding of Cloud and IT solution selling is a plus

· • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

· • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
