Qualifications & Skills:
● MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.● 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial advisory, banking, SME , ID Corporate , Large Corporate Banking , AIF.● Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.● Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.● Ability to understand corporate financials and structure funding solutions.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition and retention of corporate and SME clients for financial advisory services. The role involves client relationship management at CXO/promoter level, strategic business planning, and team leadership to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Acquisition & Client Management
● Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with large and mid-corporate clients.● Promote services including Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Credit Rating, Private Equity, Structure Debt & AIF , Referencing. ● Build long-term relationships with promoters, CFOs, and senior management of corporates.
2. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
● Develop and execute business plans to meet sales and revenue targets.● Identify new markets, sectors, and potential business segments.● Drive cross-selling opportunities and ensure repeat business from existing clients.
3. Team & Collaboration
● Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Market Intelligence & Branding
● Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and financing trends.● Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking forums.● Support in enhancing the firm’s visibility and brand value among corporate clients.
5. Reporting & Compliance
● Prepare and present regular business performance reports to management.● Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and client confidentiality.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
