Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design or construction industry, with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, social media, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with project teams for timely execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, architecture, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client handling and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
