  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for sales team members.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Ensure CRM system data accuracy and track pipeline progress.

Job Type: Full-time
