Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are expanding rapidly and looking for a proven sales professional, not a beginner.
This role requires several years of hands-on sales experience, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or similar high-demand sectors. You will work internationally in the English-speaking market, supported by a strong brand and established product lines — but we expect you to already master the fundamentals of sales.

We will explain the product.
We will not teach you how to sell.

If you have a history of building pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue, this role offers fast growth and real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow B2B and B2C sales pipelines across the UAE and international English-speaking markets.
  • Identify opportunities, win new clients, and expand existing accounts.
  • Conduct professional sales calls, meetings, and negotiations independently.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance tracking, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with management on strategy, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Represent the company confidently in multilingual, multicultural environments.

Requirements - Very Important

  • Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in sales.
  • Strong track record of pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Ability to operate independently without sales training or guidance.
  • Fluent English; additional languages (German, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or fast-paced industries preferred.
  • High level of ownership, professionalism, and communication skills.
  • UAE residency or willingness to relocate immediately.
