Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities in existing and potentially underserved markets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and plans to achieve company revenue objectives.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers to present our value proposition and secure engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners through networking and strategic outreach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet clients' needs.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
• Keep accurate records of all business development activity in our CRM system and report on progress against targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems integration, and managed services.
• Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
