We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a high-responsibility, execution-focused role that sits at the holding-company level and works directly with company leadership to ensure business initiatives are delivered to a world-class standard.

What You Will Do

  • Drive strategic business planning across multiple product lines and ventures.
  • Lead competitive analysis, market mapping, and strategic research to guide key business decisions.
  • Oversee project execution across departments, ensuring initiatives are delivered at a high standard and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine business roadmaps, launch plans, and execution frameworks.
  • Build business plans, operational frameworks, and financial models to support growth and long-term decision making.
  • Ensure internal coordination across product, operations, finance, client engagement, and management.
  • Identify operational weaknesses and implement systems, standards, and processes to strengthen delivery across the business.
  • Support major business initiatives such as market entry, partnerships, scaling strategy, and new service development.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of business experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, operations, or a related function.
  • Proven ability to plan, analyze, and execute at a high level in fast-moving business environments.
  • Strong financial acumen: able to build financial models, business cases, and investment narratives.
  • Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and an ability to operate with incomplete information.
  • Managerial leadership — able to drive accountability, standards, and results across business initiatives.
  • Confident communicator able to translate complex ideas into executive-ready presentations.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across functions

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
