The team you will be a part of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

This role in summary

Responsible for supporting in improvement of fluid and thermal performance of products/ projects through CFD simulations.

Your responsibilities will include

Proficient in component/ subsystem/ system level pre-processing tool (Ansys Workbench/ CCM+/ Spaceclaim/ Creo, etc.).
Proficient in flow simulation of component/ subsystem/ system level using any one of the CFD tools (Fluent/ Star CCM/ Openfoam).
Proficient in thermal simulation of component/ subsystem/ system level using any one of CFD tools (Fluent/ Star CCM/ Openfoam).
Knowledge in 1D(SPM) simulation is an added advantage.

Minimum requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

M.E/M.Tech in Thermal/ Automobile/ Aerospace Engineering.

AGE

EXP

5 to 9 Years

Example:-Automotive/Aerospace/Home Appliance Industry

Preferred skills and experiences

Translate simulation requests, physical problems into numerical models.
Prepare the plan for simulation activities and align the simulation strategy with the requester.
Execute CFD simulation projects as an individual contributor.
Analyze, investigate, and mitigate problems at the system level with supervision.
Establishing correlations and validations at the component/ subsystem/ system level.
Reviewing and technical mentoring in solving complex subsystem/ system level problems and developing new capabilities.
Good in problem solving.
Have effective communication aligned with the project requirements.
Provide design solutions based on simulations.
Proactive knowledge documentation and sharing.
Responsible for technical mentoring and coaching.

Additional information

TECHNICAL

Knowledge of fluid & thermal science.
Knowledge of CFD fundamentals.
Hands-on experience of flow and thermal correlation with measurement data.
Proficiency in simulation tools like Fluent/ Star CCM/ OpenFoam.
Results interpretation skills.

MANAGERIAL

1. Proficient in soft skills.

2. Should have experience in global interaction.
