Responsibilities

  • Identify and build client portfolio through cold calls and networking
  • Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion.
  • Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales.
  • Updating flight files into database.
  • Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business.
  • Achieve targets set for each financial quarter.
  • Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads.

Experience Required:

  • 4-5 years brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment.
  • Developed new business in your previous roles through individual sales initiatives and incentives.
  • Analytical Skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can demonstrate their passion for the industry and willingness to work with clients out of hours and on-call from time to time.
  • Has emotional regulation, is adaptable and possesses a growth mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen.

Business Understanding

  • Awareness of commercial aspects of the charter business including expenses and profitability.
  • Awareness of marketing avenues to promote company and service offering.
  • Awareness about current economic influences on charter business and trends.
