Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

Boyd Law, APC, is an established multi-practice statewide litigation firm. We have been practicing for over 17 years. Our law firm is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Litigation Attorney. Experienced, team-oriented litigation professionals interested in joining our dynamic team should apply now. You will have the opportunity to work with other senior litigation associates on legal matters. You will provide legal counsel to existing clients and new or referral clients. You’ll be responsible for providing individualized attention to your clients, tailoring a case strategy plan for them, and meeting regularly. Other tasks include trial litigation, arguing pre-trial briefs, and motions hearings. Our San Diego team is located in a beautiful Class A office space in Downtown San Diego, CA. Our additional offices include San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Irvine, CA. With our talented team, you will work collaboratively as a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 7+years of relevant litigation experience in Civil Litigation, business law, partnership disputes, business formation, real estate litigation, trusts & probate law, depositions, and law and motions. Some travel is required for in-person hearings within California.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, including litigation and trial.
• Prepare, draft, and argue legal motions on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes.
• Research and analyze legal issues.
• Keep up to date with changes in the law and judicial decisions that affect the practice of law.
• Delegate work to a dedicated team of professionals.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
