Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.As a Senior Concept Designer, reporting to the Concept Design Manager - Residential and based at our Design Studio in the Al Hudaiba Awards Office, Dubai, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects. These include Azizi’s residential projects such as Riviera, Creek Views, Park Avenue, Beach Oasis, and other upcoming master-planned communities, along with additional developments by Azizi encompassing hospitality, labour accommodation, and retail projects.Responsibilities includeLead the conceptual design phase, translating client needs into compelling architectural concepts.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project development.Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs.Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.

Here's what you'll needBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldShould have at least 8 years total experience; 5 years should be in the UAEProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpShould have strong experience in REVIT BIMExtensive experience in architectural design and project management.Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
