We are currently seeking a Senior Content Creator to join our global team, a dynamic and creative professional who can bring the COYA world to life through powerful visual storytelling.

Experience You Will Need:

• Proven experience producing high-quality photo and video content for luxury lifestyle, fashion, or travel brands.
• A strong creative eye with an instinctive sense for storytelling, composition, and emotion.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop (DaVinci Resolve or Capture One a plus).
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver at pace without compromising quality.
• Experience managing shoots, directing talent, and overseeing freelance creatives.
• A refined aesthetic aligned with premium lifestyle and luxury brand standards.
• Flexible and travel-ready, with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during festive periods.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage).

What You Will Be Doing:

• Capture the COYA world through both photography and video - from the detail of a dish to the atmosphere of a global celebration.
• Lead end-to-end content production, including storyboarding, lighting, shooting, and editing.
• Travel across COYA's international venues to cover events, campaigns, and new openings.
• Collaborate closely with global marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Create emotive, high-quality visuals across COYA's four pillars: Cuisine, Mixology, Music, and Art.
• Use innovative tools - including AI-enhanced editing and motion design - to elevate storytelling and streamline production.
• Direct and guide freelance talent or local production teams to maintain COYA's creative standards.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
